Visa Requirements
A completed and signed visa form (please attach to the visa form both original and photocopies of the required documents, including the passport photo page and yellow fever card).
A passport that is valid for at least six months before the expiry date.
The passport must have an unused page for visa endorsement.
Please allow a minimum of seven (7) working days after presentation, excluding weekends and public holidays, to inquire about the status of your visa application.
All applicants must submit their applications in person.
Filing a visa application does not guarantee that a visa will be issued automatically.
Failure to submit required documents may cause delays in the processing of the visa or even rejection of the application altogether.
Applicants can either collect their passports in person or delegate another person provided that he or she comes with a letter from the applicant and proof of identity, as well as the receipt issued as evidence of payment of visa fee.
Validity of the entry visa starts on the day the visa is issued.
All South Sudanese travelling to South Sudan on foreign passports are required to also apply for a visa.
