Ambassador Sitona Abdalla Osman
Ambassador Sitona Abdalla Osman serves as the Director General of International Technical Cooperation at the South Sudan Ministry of Foreign and International Cooperation. She was the first official Head of Mission (Former Ambassador) for the independent Republic of South Sudan to Germany and has also held the position of Former Deputy Head of Mission to Austria. Ambassador Sitona is a veteran politician in South Sudan who has played a significant role in the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM), particularly in promoting women’s organizations through various unions and associations. Her previous roles include serving as the Director of Women and Child Welfare for the SPLM, Gender Advisor to the C.N.C., and Executive Director of the New Sudan Women Federation.
