Juba- November 14, 2024 (MFA&IC) – The Honourable Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ambassador John Samuel Bwogo, met with a high-level delegation from the African Union, led by His Excellency Mr. Adama Dieng, the AU Special Envoy for the Prevention of Genocide and Mass Atrocities, during their visit to Juba.
The delegation’s visit aimed to familiarize themselves with South Sudan’s ongoing efforts to achieve peace and stability.
Ambassador Bwogo provided a Comprehensive Briefing on the Significant Progress made by the country’s Political Leadership in Advancing the Peace Process.
The meeting, which was a courtesy call, also included officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
