Juba, 17 February 2025 (MFA&IC) – The Honorable Ambassador Monday Semaya K. Kumba, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had the honor of meeting with His Excellency Metin Ergin, Ambassador of Türkiye to South Sudan. The purpose of this significant meeting was to discuss avenues for further strengthening the bilateral relations between South Sudan and Türkiye.
Throughout their discussions, both parties explored various areas of mutual interest, including economic cooperation, educational collaboration, consular affairs, and political exchanges. They conveyed a shared commitment to enhancing their longstanding and strategic partnership while also seeking new opportunities for collaborative endeavors.
Both the Deputy Minister and the Ambassador expressed their optimism regarding the future of relations between South Sudan and Türkiye, reaffirming their dedication to fostering a constructive and mutually beneficial partnership.
