Juba, February 11, 2025 (MFA&IC) – The Honorable Ambassador Monday Semaya Kumba, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with His Excellency Ma Qiang, the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to South Sudan, earlier today for a productive discussion.
